Spike: frame timing calibration

Description

Measure how many frames each major game action requires so the emulator wrapper can wait the right amount of time without polling. Write and run scripts/spike_timing.py. Measure frames-to-completion for: walking one tile, pressing A (confirm), opening main menu, closing menu, advancing a dialog box, moving battle menu cursor, screen transition (overworld↔dungeon). Record mean + stddev for each. These calibrated values become constants in FF1Emulator. Document in docs/spike-results.md.
